Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point therapy is a form of manual therapy that focuses on detecting and releasing trigger points. Located in the skeletal muscle, trigger points are spots that produce pain when compressed. In many cases, trigger points form as a result of trauma to the muscle fibers. 

This massage is hyper focused on the release of "knots". Long relaxing massage movement may not be included. This is a more vigorous type of session. 

Session may also include traction or stretching for the joints and muscles at your therapists ability. 

Essential oil infused massage oil and hot stones are included free of charge upon request.
