
Stretch Training
Stretch Training is an assisted stretching session performed with the help of a licensed and specifically trained practitioner. The practitioner may also include scalp, neck,shoulder, foot, or hand massage into the session if requested.
It helps to clear your mind, loosen and lubricate the joints, improve flexibility and mobility. It may also help to strengthen and tone the muscles.
It is done fully clothed. We just ask that you wear clothing that you could stretch or "work out" in that isn't revealing.
